Canada Orders

Canada Standard Shipping: 5 -10 business days (Free for orders over $170)

All shipping times are estimates, we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines. All items take between 24-48hrs to process before shipping, excluding weekends.

International Orders:

International Standard:  10 - 15 business days

All items are dispatched from our Canada warehouse. Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees. These fees are put in place by customs for the country of delivery, and we would kindly recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order. If there are any fees to be paid our courier will contact you for further payment prior to delivery.

If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the reshipment fee.

Duties And Taxes

All items entering a foreign location (outside of Canada) may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations. Please check with your local authorities on your tax responsibilities and rights.

For all Standard and Express Delivery  orders shipped within Canada, the customer will be responsible for any "Additional Charges", if there are any.

These “Additional Charges” include, but are not limited to, handling charges imposed by the carrier; customs handling charges; Goods and Services Tax (GST); Harmonized Sales Tax (HST); and Provincial Sales Tax (PST).

In certain Provinces where ALBA HABESHA has an obligation to collect, you will be liable to pay tax (HST, GST and/or PST) on your order. The Tax amount is calculated and displayed at checkout, and the amount of Tax applied will depend on the total of your order, the items you are purchasing and your shipping address. You can find out more about Tax by visiting your province or CA territories department of revenue website.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you think your package is lost, email us at alba@albahabesha.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue.

Please note that ALBA HABESHA is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package
