Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. But if you are dissatisfied with it, you have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If there is an issue with the items you received (so sorry about that!), please send an email to alba@albahabesha.com including images of the issue within 2 days of delivery so we can assist you, evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please return any defective items back to us within 30 days of receiving your label for a refund. Any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10  to 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alba@albahabesha.com.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 15 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. we will notify you if the refund will be approved or not. All returns will be subject to a $15 handling fee.

To be eligible for refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.

Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly. 

International Sales

Sales made outside of Canada and USA are final.

Please contact us at alba@albahabesha.com with in 24 hours of your purchase with your 1) order number and 2) cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
